When a show that, admittedly, had a lot of flaws and was pushed to the sidelines gets a second season, there is always a feeling of caution towards it. What some would consider a waste of time for the last season, dedicating your time to another thirteen episodes can be quite the commitment. Well let me tell you, it is one of the best decisions you can make. Throwing aside the flat comedy and going ham with the action, drama and animation has re-sparked the light in Bungo Stray Dogs.
Mob Psycho 100, undeniably the fan favourite of the season and for a plethora of very good reasons. The mastermind behind the creation of the One Punch Man manga known as ONE receives another TV anime of his other manga of the same name. Everyone remembers the first anime they watched, either a childhood memory of Saturday morning Pokemon or delving deep into the medium as a teenager with shows like Full Metal Alchemist or Dragonball Z. First impressions are the most important factor when trying something different and watching a sub-par show can leave a poor taste in your mouth and turn you away from anime forever. Or you can be like me and enjoy watching terrible shows because you know nobody else will. Regardless, I’ve put together a list of shows that I think are perfect for newcomers to anime.
